ROBBY RANTS!
With EFS's Own Eric "Robby" Beamensderfer
Week 13 (sorry no pics yet)
Dawgs keep climbin the leader board with four straight wins
Da Derrty Dawgs, led by Josh Fritz, have been on a hot streak as of late. They have won three in a row and keep jumping spots on the leader board. This week looked as if it would be a challenge for Fritz and his squad as they faced Tonys Ponys. The matchup is already over however and Fritz came out with yet another victory. The Ponys were led this week by Jay Cutler, who had 77 points, on the other hand, the Dawgs leading scorer only had 41 points, but Da Dawgs worked as a team, and won. It looks like after this week Fritz will move into second place, and Tony will stay in fourth place. Good work this year and good luck in the playoffs, do em derrty.
Headbustas keep the top seed going into playoffs
The Headbustas have been the most dominant team in the league thus far, and continue to keep up their reputation this week. Tyler is currently up by 65 over Nelms, and both teams have one player remaining. Tmill has a Wide Out, Andre Johnson, and Nelms only has a defensive lineman DeMeco Ryans, so there is no chance for Nelms to make the late comeback. This one is over and Mills will be going into the playoffs in the number one spot with the best record in the league. The Niners on the other hand will not be participating in the playoffs this year, better luck next year.
Bullies get Rumped and Thumped by Chinaman
The ninth placed Chinaman knew a win this week would help their chances to make a late run at the playoffs. They got exactly that against the second placed Bullies, now third placed. This matchup is final and Reimel is going to leave this week with the 47 point upset. Reimel was led by Tony Romo who raked in 77 points, but his team’s performance didn’t decide the victory, it was Woolley’s. It doesn’t look like a team will ever win a matchup when David Akers, or any kicker for that matter, is the third leading scorer on the team. After this week it is evident that Woolley will still be sitting pretty for the playoffs and it looks like the Chinaman will be grabbing the eight spot, barely making it.
So close but yet so far for Da Looza Oozas
The Slashers and Da Winna Ninnas used to be two of the worst teams in the league. They have made a few adjustments to their teams and are now in fifth and seventh place getting ready for the playoffs. It wasn’t clear who was going to win this week, but currently the Slashers are up by 106 points. Tretter and his squad don’t have any player’s remaing, but Bradenko still has three players left to play. It looks as if the Slashers will hold on and win tonight. The outcome decides a lot of things, if Da Winna Ninnas win they will make it to the playoffs, but if they lose, they will be passes by the Blackbirds and Chinaman, and be sitting out during the playoffs.
Blackbirds get much needed win
The Blackbirds haven’t been playing all too well lately, losing their last three. That statistic will change after this week as Mo Money and his squad is up by 93 points over the Mossinites. Hully has the only player remaining, so it is certain that Bart will come out with a win tonight. Everything dealing with the rankings is uncertain for these playoffs, but after tonight Bart could move all the way up to sixth and the Mossinites will only move down to seventh. Both teams in this matchup will be participating in the playoffs this year, good job and congratulations, also good luck in the weeks ahead, cause some upsets.
Week 11
Ponys Trample their Opponent
Many fantasy sports experts expected this matchup to be a blowout. The Blackbirds thought otherwise and gave it all they got. Going into Monday night, the Ponys are tied with the Blackbirds as both teams have 290 points. Also, both teams have one player remaining, the difference is that Tony has Marshawn Lynch (projected to get 26.96 points) and Bart has Leodis McKelvin (projected to get 4.04 points). This matchup is favoring the Ponys to win their third straight, but only time will tell the result of this matchup.
headbustas Regain Composure
Lil’ Flip told me he wanted to write about this matchup and he said, “game over, flip, flip, flip, flip, flip, flip, game over.” I don’t know if I could have put it any other way as the Headbustas received the win on Sunday night. After a loss to the Bullies last week, the Headbustas knew another loss would kick them out of the top spot. Mr. Miller would not let that happen so he told his boy TJ whos your mama to step it up and that is exactly what he did, raking in 73 points. The final score for this matchup is Headbustas 334, Slashers 265.
Four Straight Weeks of Bullying
The Bullies have been hott lately, last week they beat the number one team, and a win this week would be four straight for them. Currently, Matt and his squad are up 52 points and he doesn’t have any players remaining. His opponent, Da winna ninnas, has one player remaining and it is Jamal Lewis. Is it possible for him to get 53 points tonight, yes, but is it likely, not so much. It looks like the Bullies will win again this week but the game tonight will be the deciding factor.
Race to the Bottom
This matchup was tossed aside by many fantasy sports fans as it involves the two worst teams in the league; the Mossinites and the Chinaman. These two teams might not remember what it feels like to win as they have a combined 10 straight losses. The Mossinites are currently up by 34 points and both teams have one player remaining in this matchup. Lee Evans and Kellen Winslow are both projected to receive approximately the same amount of points which would lead to a Mossinite victory. If this actually happens the Mossinites would snap their 6 week losing streak and could move all the way up to 7th place.
Da Dawgs Keep Doin 'em Derrty
Da Derrty Dawgs have been hanging around quietly in fourth place waiting for the chance to climb the leader board. That time will have to wait as everyone in front of Josh is looking like they will receive a win this week. For Fritz, a win will neither help nor hurt Da Dawgs, as they will stay in fourth place. Going into Monday night Da Dawgs are up by 32 points and it is almost certain that he will pull out with the win tonight. Keep up the work Mr. Fritz as your time in one of the top three spots will come soon enough.
Week 10
Ponys Prance Their Way to Victory
The third placed Tonys Ponys went into this week looking for their second straight quality win, and that is exactly what they got. Usually in fantasy football a team wins with help from everyone on the roster, but this week was different. Jay Cutler stepped up and led Tony to victory with an unheard of 91 point performance. The Ponys are currently up by 16 points and have the only player remaining in the matchup, clinching the win. As for the Niners, they had been on a hot streak but have now gone cold losing two straight.
Bullies Kick Em While Their Down
The Headbustas have been setting all sorts of records this year. Mr. Miller’s team had won 6 straight at one point this season which has led to an early clinched playoff spot in Week 10. The #1 team had looked unbeatable until they underestimated the fight in Da Winna Ninnas, losing last week. On the other hand, the Bullies hope to win their third straight this week and continue the losing streak for the Headbustas. Going into Monday night the Headbustas are down by 20 because of Drew Brees and an impressive 85 point performance. Both teams have two players remaining and this matchup looks like it might be favoring the Bullies, but this one could go either way.
Da Derrty Dawgs Dominate
Da Derrty Dawgs have been playing reasonably well this season as they win another, improving to 6-4. The win isn’t too impressive as it came against the RumpThumpin-Chinaman who after this week have lost four straight. Philip Rivers raked in 71 points this week helping Da Dawgs to leave the Chinaman in their dust. Going into Monday night Fritz is up by 96 points with only Tim Hightower remaining for the Chinaman. Da Dawgs are in looking like a solid team for the playoff s and there is currently no hope for the Chinaman as they are now the worst team in the league.
The Unthinkable Has Happened
The sky is falling, aliens have taken over the earth, and Matt Woolley broke a hot college girl’s bed. Well the last one is true but all the others aren’t. What am I talking about when I say unthinkable? Somehow Da Winna Ninnas have climbed out of last place in the league, with their second straight win this week. Going into the game tonight Bradenko is up by 30 points to the Blackbirds and the only person that can help Bart is OLB Patrick Willis. Congratulations Ninnas only leaving last place, you are no longer the worst team in the league, for now that is.
Not Much to Say about This Matchup
The matchup between the Slashers and the Mossinites is a battle between a few of the worst teams in the league. If the Mossinites lose again this week it will be their fifth straight, and would take them down to 9th place. Currently, the Mossinites are up by 24 with Anquan Boldin to play tonight. The Slashers have three players remaining and that is why this one is not over. This one will be decided with the conclusion of the game tonight and it will decide who gets rid of their losing streak.
Week 9
_______________________________________________
Only time will tell
When looking at this matchup earlier in the week I thought it would be close, but not this close. Going into Monday night the Chinaman is up by 5 points to Tonys Ponys. Both of these teams have two players remaining and it looks like the matchup is favoring Tony. Tony and Reimel both have tight ends playing tonight, the big difference is that Tony has his home boy Hines Ward still playing and Reimel only has a defensive player to help him. If all the players get their predicted points it looks like Tony will win and Reimel will fall down the leader board. We will have to wait and see how this one turns out.
Worst beating First?
This matchup looked as if it would be a blowout. Come one, who expected Da Winna Ninnas to ever win, let alone just keep it close. Well, going into Monday night the Headbustas, the first place team, is down by ten to Da Winna Ninnas, the last place team. Another key factor to this matchup is that going into Monday night Tmill has one player remaining where Bradenko have two. We will have to wait and see which position player does better for their team. This could be the upset of the century so stay posted to the game tonight. Good luck to both teams.
The Bullies try to keep up their reputation
The second place team in the league is trying to keep up the winning streak and beat the Mossinites this week. Currently the Bullies are up by 54 before the game tonight. Woolley only has his kicker left so it looks like his points will stay around what they are right now. The Mossinites have two players remaining though and one of them is Santana Moss. This matchup is in no way over and is going to go down to the wire like many of the others. Woolley may be the new leader in the league if everything works out his way.
Las Vegas Slashers lose their luck
This one was a hard one to predict. Da Derry Dawgs are in a better position on the leader board but have lost two straight. On the other hand the Slashers are lower standing wise, but have won two straight. Going into Monday night Da Dawgs are up 20 and it is looking like they will leave this week with a win. Both teams have one player remaining, but don’t expect a comeback. This one is over and Da Dawgs will stay up towards the top of the leader board while the Slashers will fall back towards the bottom of the pack.
Black(&blue) Birds stay on track
Many other managers may not realize this but Nelms is on the verge of a four week win streak. This streak will most likely be stopped with help from the recent pickups Mo Bart has made. If you look at the most recent transactions, the Black(&blue)birds have acquired almost a new team. A few weeks ago it looked like this team was out of it, but with a win this week it will be two straight for Bart and his squad. Nelms has the only player remaining and it is only a defensive man congratulations Morgan on another much neededwin.
_______________________________________________
Week 8
Tony gets Pon[y]ed
After a solid win last week against the Bullies it looked as if Tony was back and ready to play. Going into Monday night the Slashers are riding the Ponys leading by 22. Both teams have one player remaining, but the Slashers are easily going to pull out the win after tonight. Many teams may not realize this but the Slashers won last week, and this will be the second straight win for Mr. Tretter and his squad as they make their way back up the leaderboard. Congratulations slashers on the unpredictable win this week and good luck to both teams next week.
He can talk the talk, but can he walk the walk?
Throughout this week you may have heard about the smack talk that had been going on between Tmill and Hully. Some of the things Tmill had said were, “you are a n00b in this league…and are going to lose to me this week,” and, “mike hull will be punished by getting his ass kicked in fantasy football this week.” Going into Monday night it is uncertain if the Headbustas can back up the talk. Both teams have one player remaining and the matchup is favoring the Headbustas to win, but we will have to wait and see for this one. It will either be an incredible upset or Mr. Miller will extend the gap between him and second place.
Bullies take another spot
Both of the teams in this matchup lost last week and I know that neither of them wants to keep that streak alive this week. Da Dawgs and Bullies both have two players playing in the game tonight and currently Mr. Woolley is up 71 points. You may think this one is already over but if Mr. Fritz can convince his squad to let it all out on the field than anything is possible. The chances look pretty slim, and I personally think Woolley and his Bullies will leave the game tonight with the win. If everything works out how Woolley wants then we may see a new name in second place.
An unfamiliar feeling
Going into Week 8 Mo Bart and his squad were on the brink of losing an unprecedented five straight. It was uncertain if he would get a win this week against the Chinaman but going into Monday night he is up by 19. Both teams have one player or team defense remaining and if everything happens according to plan then Bart should come out of this week with a win. We will have to wait and see where he ends up after this week but it looks like it will be better than it has been. EFS’s own, Matthew Thomas Woolley was quoted saying, “I know that kid and he sure as hell never will quit.”
Niners quietly climbing
Few may remember this fact, but Da Winna Ninnas somehow won last week. I initially thought this might be the turnaround point for Bradenko, but it looks as if last week was just a fluke. Going into Monday night Nelms is up 25 points and he has the only player remaining in the matchup. This matchup is already over and Da Ninnas are still in last place. Not many people have been too concerned about Nelms’s Niners but they have won three straight weeks and are quietly climbing their way up the leaderboard. Congrats on another win.
Week 7
Tony Hops Back on the Pony
After a tough loss last week against the league leader, it looks like Tony and his team will pull out the win tonight. Going into Monday Night Tony is up by 13 against Woolley’s Bullies as both teams still have 3 players remaining. The matchup will be decided by the game tonight, and if Tonys team performs at the level expected, it looks as if he can get the win. After a year of up and down performances it looks like Tony has regained his composure and will be back in second place.
Ty's Guys Lookin' for Five
For the second straight week T-mill and his squad are facing up against the second place team. Going into Monday night the Dawgs are down 79 but Fritz still has 2 players ready to play. It looks as if Da Derrty Dawgs are going to have another bad night. First the Red Sox (I’m sorry Fritz) last night, now it looks like his team will drop to third, not a bad position to be in though. There is still hope though, if Jay Cutler throws and completes every pass to Brandon Marshall. The odds aren’t in his favor as T-mill will win his fifth straight after this week.
More Bruises for the Blackbirds
Going into the week it looked as if the Black(&blue) Birds would get off the schnide and get a much needed win. Going into the game tonight, we see a different story. The Slashers are up by 18 and each team has 1 player remaining. Both players won’t accumulate many points for their teams so it looks as if this one is final. Mo Bart is going to have to sit down and have a much needed talk with his team as a loss tonight will be his fourth straight. Get em next week Bart.
Nelms Looks to Easy Schedule for Playoff Hope
The matchup between the Niners and Chinaman is over before the game on Monday night. Nelms and his squad pulled out another win this week as Matt Schaub performs the best in his career. Having a completion percentage of 84% and raking in 62 points Matt Schaub helped Kyle to climb the leader board even higher. If everything ends in his favor this week, Nelms’s Niners may be the fifth best team in the league.
R-E-S-P-E-C-T We Found Out What it Meant to Them
As Da Derrty Swami said, this matchup was more than just some of the worst teams facing each other, “this is a battle for respect between the new comers to the league.” Going into this week the Mossinites had to be confident as they face Da Ninnas. But going into Monday night, Bradenko is up 26 points and the only person to help Hully is the kicker. It looks as if somehow, I can’t believe I am saying this, but Bradenko and their squad will receive their second win of the year, still tied for the least wins, and still in last place. Good Job guys, keep up the hard work.
Week 6
Four Straight for the Fresh Prince
What looked to be the most anticipated matchup thus far is not even close. It may be argued that the luck of the Irish has left Tony and his Ponys as a few of his top players have byes this week against the #1 team. You can’t blame everything on the byes though as the Headbustas had two players acquiring 60 points each. Going into Monday night Tony is down by 161 points with 3 players remaining on his team. All he can hope to do is break 200 points and tell his troops to not give up and get the Headbustas the next time. As for now, Tony could drop down to fourth, and Mr. Miller is sitting pretty atop the leader board with four straight wins.
Movin' on Up
The Bullies win once again, this time a day early. Drew Brees led the way for his team with an amazing 81 point performance this week and the matchup is over before the Monday night game. The Black (&blue) birds haven’t been performing to their potential as they lose their third straight. Mo Bart can only ask his team to keep playing some solid football and be ready for what looks to be an automatic win next week against the Las Vegas Slashers.
Are Bradenko managing the Slashers too?
You might think the battle of a few of the worst teams in the league would be pretty close, but in this case it was not. Nelms’s Niners are up 86 points going into Monday night and the only person left for the Slashers is Brandon Jacobs. The Niners haven’t played too well the past couple of weeks, but their opponents have been helping out; as Mr. Nelms and his team move up once again, and this time it looks like to the 7 spot. The Slashers, I don’t know what to say, they are just not good.
Sore Pinky Helps Chinamen
The RumpThumpin-Chinaman has been staying in the middle of the pack for much of the year, not stirring up much concern for the leaders. Leading the way for Reimel and his squad was Tony (No Homo) Romo with 77 points. Although this win may look impressive, he was playing the worst team in all of fantasy football. Da Winna Ninnas drop another one and it causes question. How can you and your best friend say you love sports but not even care about being worse than the bad team?
Doin Em Derrty
I guess Da Derrty Swami forgot to submit his predictions this week because he was busy getting Peyton Manning and his team ready for the Mossinites. That obviously paid off as he is up an amazing 159 points going into Monday night. If the Mossinites can only get 159 points over a whole weekend of games, don’t expect them to get that in one night. This matchup is ova and it looks like Da Derrty Dawgs are going keep climbing the ladder, moving to second place. Fritzi must try and remember what he said to motivate his team this week as he goes against the #1 team next week.
Week 5
Pony Express
After a tough loss last week it was not certain if Tony could bounce back against a fellow 3-1 team. It is obvious that he is back though, leaving the Mossinites no chance for a comeback on Monday night. Leading the way for the Ponys with 53 points this week was the TE Chris Cooley, but you can’t say Tony submitted a perfect lineup, as Hully’s squad helped him out having four players this week only scoring in the single digits. One thing is certain, the Ponys are not going to fade away this season, and if the cards are dealt his way, we may see a new name atop the leader board after the game tonight.
Trent Edwards who?
When Trent Edwards scores nearly 42 points lower than projected you may not think you even have a chance. That is not the case for Mo Money and his squad as they lead the first place headbustas by 49 points going into Monday night. Although Tyler and his team are down, I know he is going into Monday with high hopes as he still has Reggie Bush and Billy Miller still to play. Only the game will decide who wins this one, but there is one thing we can conclude, this matchup will be very close and it could knock the first place team out of the lead.
Bullies keep up the beatings
Leading Nelms’s Niners by 17 points going into Monday night, Woolley and the Bullies are feeling pretty confident. You may wonder how though, with Antonio Gates, Anthony Gonzalez and Hank Baskett producing a combined 9 points. This was the week for Mr. Woolley to do badly, as the Niners somehow did worse. The Bullies will get the win this week as long as Drew Brees can perform at the level he is supposed to, and not pull a Trent Edwards. As for Mr. Nelms, a loss tonight would cause him to be 1-4 for the season and be at the bottom of the leaderboard with Da Winna Ninnas
What happens in Vegas...
When you go into a week playing the team whose manager says, “My team sucks!!!” you may think you have an automatic win. This was probably the case as the Rump-ThumpinChinaman took on the Las Vegas Slashers in Week 5. Although the Chinaman were expected to win, something weird happened, and no it wasn’t a full moon, I would know, that’s next Tuesday. Somehow, the Slashers are going to win this week, and with a little bit of help it looks like Tretter will move into 8th place.
Stinko's back to stinking
“Da battle of the Da Da’s,” as quoted by Da Derrty Swami, wasn’t much of a battle at all. The Dawgs led by Peyton Manning are up by more than a hundred going into Monday night. With no help from Santana Moss or Larry Johnson it is no wonder why Bradenko got beat so badly. After another win this week it looks like Da Dawgs will possibly move into third place, and once again Da Winna (maybe time for a name change) Ninnas, will be back where they belong at the bottom of the leaderboard.
Week 4
Home Field Advantage
It seems like the same old story ever week, Jay Cutler leading Tonys PONYS to a victory. This week the team’s top performer raked in 72 points for the first place team in the league. Unfortunately that may not be enough to overcome Da Derrty Dawgs. Going into Monday night JWF is up 27.5 points but the Ponys have one player left, projected to get 30.48 points. That one player is Hines Ward, and he will be in front of 65,000 fans who want him to lead the University of Pittsburgh student to another victory. Who will win, we will have to wait and see for this one.
Sore elbow leads Mossinites to victory
Predicted to win by Da Derrty Swami, the Black(&blue) birds went into the week with hope to stay above .500. This proved to not be the case when Carson Palmer and his sore elbow sat the bench and received zero points for his manager. After the game on Sunday in Cincinnati, the Mossinites knew victory was theirs for the taking, dominating their opponent by 57 points and moving to 3-1 in the league.
Battle in the Burgh
Going into Monday night the Headbustas are looking at what could be their first loss of the season. With two players still to play T-milla and his team will not accept defeat. Although Todd Heap has been battling some minor injuries so far this year it looks as if he can account for the minor deficit. This means that tonight will be mono y mono between Rashard Mendenhall and Derrick Mason. The predicted points favor the Headbustas to win by a small margin but this is another matchup that we will have to wait and see what happens.
Rump and Thumpin back to .500
After two straight losses the Rump-ThumpinChinaman proves to still be able to live up to the name. Mr. Reimel and his team took no prisoners this week as they are currently up 60 with three players still to play on Monday night. As for the Bullies, their week is over; they can only hope to heal up for next week after a pretty bad beating in Week 4.
So close but yet so Favre
Going into Monday night the battle between the winless teams is close; a mere 14 points. While Brett Favre played outstanding this week receiving 86 points for his manager it looks as if Mr. Tretter might give the worst team in the league a chance for their first victory. It all comes down to Santonio Holmes and whether he can perform well enough to help out the desperate duo. It will come down to the wire to decide which team receives their first win.
Week 3
Like Taking Candy From a Baby
Averaging 2 TDs a game, Jay Cutler helped his manager out with 57 points this week, but Tony didn’t even need it. Winning is a habit for Tony and his team, but this time it wasn’t even close. Tony’s Ponys improves to 3-0 with a staggering 100 point margin of victory over Da Winna Ninnas. DaDerrty Swami predicted a matchup much closer than this, but unfortunately for Big Ben and the rest of the squad they are starting out 0-3, a tough deficit to come back from.
Card Playing headbustas Turn Down 3 of a Kind to Move to 2-0-1
The headbustas is one of the most dominating names in the EFS league. This was evident after Week 3 when they rumped and thumped the Chinaman. Tyler Miller and his squad were predicted to win by 50 but they wanted more, dominating the competition and leaving no room for possible defeat. Who knows what the final score will come out to be, but the lone ranger Laveranues Coles will not be able to succeed for Mr. Reimel.
It's a Monday Night Party
Going into Monday night’s game Nelms and the Niners look like they can hang on and win this matchup. It’s going to go down to the wire, and all depends on one thing. If the Chargers play a good game on the defensive side and hold the Jets, there is a good chance the Mossinites can come back and win this. We will just have to wait and see how this matchup unfolds.
Woolley Gets Off the Schnide
Predicted to lose to the Las Vegas Slashers, Matthew Woolley and his bullies look like they are going to pull out a victory after much doubt from his peers. Led by Drew Brees and his unheard of performance of 92 points the Bullies are sitting pretty going into Monday night. All he can hope is that Brett Favre is feeling homesick, being away from his beloved cheese heads. But that doesn’t even matter, as Woolley still has one player in the game tonight, Antonio Gates, oh yeah, this match is over.
Is LT Up to the Challenge?
The matchup we had all been waiting for. Many harsh words and pictures were exchanged between these two teams. After the weekend DaDerrty Dawgs go into Monday night leading by a mere 35 points. The black(&blue) birds still look like they are in good shape with two players in the game Monday. This matchup is going to be close and will depend on one man, Mr. LaDainian Tomlinson. If he performs like we know him to, Mo Money and his team will celebrate a win, but if not DaDerrty Dawgs succeed.

Tough break for the Blackbirds
Blackbirds (0-0-0) vs. Da Winna Ninnas (0-0-0
176 178
This matchup looked like it would be a blowout on paper. However, after Tom Brady went down early in the game it opened the door for the Ninnas. After a long hard fought battle on Sunday the teams came out almost even with a score of 176-178 in favor of the Ninnas. It’s all going to come down to the Monday Night Games. The Blackbirds have the Vikings DEF while the Ninnas have IDP Champ Bailey.

The Chinaman beat the Dawgs up and down the field in a very one-sided battle. With a score of 237-164 going into Monday night with Ryan Grant left for the Chinaman and Donald Driver & DJ Williams left for the Dawgs let’s be honest, this one’s already over.
