WHO'S

BURNING?

Do you love to complain (Nelms) ?
Is there something that really bugs you but your too irresponsible to write a weekly column?  There's a new page just for you!  You write it, I'll post it on the brand new "Who's BURNING" section.  It's all the publicity with half the commitment of a weekly column!

Jason Campbell is BURNING

After three weeks of putting up solid points while sitting on the bench for the worst team in Ephrata Fantasy Stars, Da Winna Ninnas, Washington Redskins players Jason Campbell and Santana Moss have finally gotten the attention of the managers of the squad.  Recently, Jason Campbell has asked to be traded to a playoff contender if he is not inserted into the starting lineup immediately.  "I feel as though I give this team a better chance of putting up over 200 points and possibly winning a game than Ben Roethlisberger does.  The numbers don't lie."  WR Santana Moss was also not shy about expressing his opinion on the matter, stating "It's ridiculous that a player of my caliber sits the bench every week for such an underachieving team.  I've put up over double the amount of points as Braylon, Santonio, and Roy.  I think it's about time i get a chance to show what I've got."  Now that they are getting their opportunity to shine for DWN, they are not lacking any confidence whatsoever.  Jason Campbell ended his recent interview saying, "I guarantee Da Winna Ninnas will record their first win this week."  Intimidating words from what most call a middle-tier quarterback, it will be exciting to see how this situation unfolds.

Dear Comrades,

Yesterday, it was brought to my attention that there was competition for us here at EFS. I checked out the website, and, needless to say, soon realized that the "competition" was not competition in the least bit. The link that I posted is a link to a website that fellow EFS managers Bradley Williams and Brandon Strenko (Bradenko) created weeks after ephratafantasystars.weebly.com was created by Anthony Rinaldi. Also, after browsing the site for a bit, it was brought to my attention that both Brad and Brandon actually won games in the aforementioned league. It is from this information that I soon figured out that this "competition" was not what I thought it was going to be. You see, here at EFS we stress quality management (teams that can actually win a game), but Bradenko has failed to be recognized as such. Not only have they lost every game so far this season, they have failed to reach 200 points (a common occurrence in our league, with games hovering around 300 points each week). Last year's team "bad team" even scored more points in one of its games last year (184) than Da Winna Ninnas have in any game this year. So, it is my honor to recognize Da Winna Ninnas as the worst team in EFS history, thus far. They have both won games in their other league, but have failed at doing so in the highly-regarded EFS league? Sounds like this other league should not even count as a fantasy football league!

On a side note, good luck to Da Winna Ninnas the rest of this year in their quest for scoring over 200 points. I would say good luck searching for your first win, but that seems a bit far-fetched at this point.

Your EphrataFantasyStars Fantasy Football Commissioner,
